ATTN: We have a new programmer. We will soon have a full released update with many improvements and an updated user interface. Any bogus posts concerning the old programmer situation will be deleted.
No truth whatsoever. The old programmer has always had control of the domain that the autoposter uses to validate registration ID’s. Since switching programmers, we expected him to be disgruntled. We are moving forward with a larger programming team and everyone will be very impressed with the newer version.
until our new version is released, we do not want our users to be forced to pay again to the programmer.
since he has control of the registration domain, he is trying to make money off of every client. this is unacceptable

MSE, thanks for bringing this up. I was about to open a thread about this. AdsOnCraigs IS the owner of the software. Unfortunately, we gave too much control to the lead programmer. We switched programmers and the lead programmer(Yury) obviously does not like to be let go. The “patch” that modified the hosts file was a temporary fix just until we released an update to the autoposter from our new programmers. The new update is not a patch that modifies any host file and will simply update your autoposter and fix all the invalid registration ID issues:

Yury, who is obviously out of work now, is trying to simply scam previous customers into re-purchasing the software through him. This is nothing but a scam and its unfortunate that we allowed him so much access to our customers, including customer emails. He has since updated the original registration ID server to disable all registration ID’s that were sold while he was our programmer. Unfortunately we do not have control of the original registration ID server but we have a new registration ID server and the new update(released yesterday) will fix all issues.
To sum up, we greatly apologize to all our customers who have been affected by this highschool drama. AdsOnCraigs(our 6 employees) looks forward to the future and are proud of the new programming team that is now in place and working hard on updating the autoposter with even more features.

I swear my norton internet security claimed the update file was a high risk security threat and removed it, i downloaded it from this site adsoncraigs.com/update.exe and after failing to install because it wanted to modify the hosts file which is blocked from ebing modified shortly after my antivirus kicked in and tol me to remove the security risk
or stop the whole thing all together until u got ur new version out, rather than letting people continue to download his spammy cracked virus infected stuf

Let me describe the situation: adsoncraigs.com’s owner)doesn’t own the program he sold (I own it), he only distributed it. Your copy was sold illegally through him (you got the registration id already sold to another person), if you get invalid registration id warning.
You should request refund. You need to type “C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts” in notepad file open window, press open and delete this string “74.52.120.98 www.yuskis.info” to disable this crack.
As adsoncraigs hasn’t program’s sources, the program won’t be updating and his cracked version will be unworkable soon.
This is against Plimus.com policy and you can request refund in your payment confirmation as you bought it with Plimus.com

Well, as of yesterday 11/25/08, the “owner” of Adsoncraigs who I assume is the Admin on the Adsoncraigs forum, disabled them and put up a message saying the forums were down for maintenance. Clearly, he is the one in the wrong here. His version never worked right after the split and Yury’s does.
OMG, I am so confused. I have requested a refund from Plimus and do not have a program that works! What do I do?

same here guys, not working either and [personal information removed] only resolutions is to use update.exe which obviouslly doesn’t work anymore. I gave [personal information removed] the benefit of the doubt but its obvious that Yury is telling truth [personal information removed] stole it and illegaly sold it to us since he is offering no type of resoltion what so ever and Yury is. I have [personal information removed] number in Michagan I suggest everybody call [personal information removed] We deserve our money back and just like Yury says it is against Plimu’s policy as well and they should be going forward with them as well trying to get our money back. I verified with Plimus that it is against there policy and if the software stopped working they would go after [personal information removed] as well. Clearly, Yuri is the owner. It is indeed written in the autoposter files. I have been using autoposter for 18 months and Yuri was the one who resolved every single software issue on my computers.
That’s funny.
This is a sad message to find.
I just purchased CL poster through adsoncraigs. And it was sold and download through SWREG.org. The program is download as the demo (.exe) The program installs, but will not execute. I see an error message in a log file.
Well, with this problem I’ve spent the last few days trying to get help. All I know is support@adsoncraigs.com. Several message and no reply. So, I’ve started a refund request through swreg. And my refund request goes first to support@adsoncraigs.com. Great!

your going to need to call plimus to get your refund. They will be hesitant at first, but it was against there policy what [personal information removed] did. If they dont tell them you file a suit against him, and well when I said that they issued me my refund.

[personal information removed] doesn’t return any emails. Yuri returns them after 24-48 hours, gives his recommendation for a fix, but it doesn’t work after numerous back and forth emails. This sucks. I’m getting my money back

12/11/2008 09:27 Customer Decline resolution - Ok… I cleaned off all the clautoposterpro stuff on my pc. Went to the site and downloaded the newest demo, and the update. Put in my regid and my db. and as of right now 49 mins and it is still trying to recognize the verification word. This is ridiculous. No more resolving. I tried it your way and the program does not work as advertised. I would like a full refund. I am within the time limit and I would like a refund.

People are still having problems. 30-45 mins before just ending the program because it cannot get the verification word. I refuse to partake in software piracy and have not, and will not download the “update”

It appears that a commenter of this post (Comment-1091) may have posted the phone number of a man who happens to have the same name as adsoncraigs’ owner. This was very irresponsible on their part. The phone number that was posted is NOT for the owner of adsoncraigs.
All personal information has been removed. Although websites cannot be held responsible for user generated content, we felt it was the right thing to do.
I advise everyone to deal with your adsoncraigs disputes in a civil and safe manner.
If you are unable to resolve the dispute with the seller then you can simply file a claim/chargeback. You have a 99% chance of winning chargebacks for intangible items. (electronic, virtual, intangible goods).
Most banks require you to attempt to resolve any issues with the seller before filing a chargeback.

Make sure you mention CL AutoPoster Tool Adsoncraigs.com CL Auto Poster as many times as possible so google is sure to put it on there front page searches.
Plimus may not refund your money but I would check with your credit card company and see if you can do a charge back.

They also sell kijiji poster on kiposter.com with same issue and update.exe does nothing to fix the registration problem. No matter how this plays out I don’t suggest for anyone to buy any more software from these guys.
